I also work in hospitality and although I was not expecting a 5* customer relations experience I was hoping for a little kindness and at least an attempt to help.
The friendliness and kindness of the other staff thankfully made up for these disappointing encounters so thanks to them, overall I was happy with my stay.
Even if the hotel is not in the city centre, it's very easy to have access to it with the bus. I really appreciated the "there must be a solution, we'll find it" attitude.
We did have to pay for the city tax which I thought was included in the price of the hotel as it was stated on the online bill this was a little frustrating.
She was not busy and not at all interested in helping.
